Shelly Puntillo is a devoted 'California Girl' who was raised in a suburb of Sacramento, California. Her passion for Real Estate sparked early on during the 1970s housing boom, where she could always be found exploring new model homes for design ideas. In 1984, she relocated to Sonoma County and bought her first home in Healdsburg, CA. Shelly has two daughters and four grandsons. She is involved with the community and her resources go to several non-profits that are close to her heart. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking on one of the many beautiful hiking trails that Sonoma County has to offer.
In the mid-1990s, Shelly worked for a Title company in Santa Rosa where she was closely aligned with the Real Estate industry, helping agents, buyers, and sellers navigate the title and escrow process. Soon after, she obtained her California Real Estate license.
Shelly aspires in every transaction to give solid, constructive advice on how to best present your home to the market, be prompt in all the paperwork, and give great exposure to your home. For buyers and sellers alike, clear, concise communication is her main objective. Follow-up and clarity through various media are used to communicate effectively. In addition, it is important to her to stay relevant in a changing market, and to make an effort to understand the needs of every buyer and seller. Shelly offers value-added benefits, where applicable.
Shelly chose to join the Wine Country Fine Homes team because of a long-standing relationship with founder and friend, Romy Campbell. "Over the years, I have known Romy to be a trusted, experienced professional among her peers and clients. It is that leadership and integrity that she brings to Wine Country Fine Homes. I could not ask for better," says Shelly Puntillo.
